A Power BI license is required to access your dashboards and reports, and we offer flexibility depending on your organization’s existing Microsoft environment. If your team already has Power BI Pro or Premium licenses assigned, you can bring those with you and we will build and deploy your analytics solution within your existing environment. If you do not currently have Power BI licensing in place, we can manage that on your behalf as part of your subscription, handling procurement, setup, and ongoing administration so you have one less thing to worry about. Either way, our team will ensure a seamless, compliant deployment tailored to your situation.
Our typical onboarding process is completed within 2–4 weeks from the date of contract signing. This includes an initial discovery session to understand your data sources and reporting needs, followed by data connection, dashboard configuration, and a guided walkthrough with your team. More complex environments may require additional time, which we will communicate clearly upfront.
While your team will have full, on-demand access to your dashboards and reports, this is not a self-serve platform in the traditional sense. We act as your dedicated analytics partner — handling setup, maintenance, updates, and ongoing support so your team can focus on acting on insights rather than managing the technology behind them.
